We have been dealing with a few different electrical issues that needed addressing since the pandemic and we finally contacted Paul at Brilliant Electric. He stopped by our suite one day for a quick recon and to listen to our issues, provide a few different solutions, and come back on a later date to perform the repairs and replacements. Not only was Paul incredibly affable, patient, and informed, he was also very helpful in suggesting which repairs or replacements we should do now, and which we should hold off on to to receive better value and proper installation without have to redo any work down the line. This honest and helpful approach puts Paul and Brilliant Electric at the top of our list for electrical tradespeople. We picked up a new kitchen light which he installed), he replaced a damaged electrical outlet for us, along with working very diligently to repair a very old bathroom fan which has been in the building since it was built. It was so old, that it required me to vacuum up many (decades?) dust from it and I didn't have much hope that it could be repaired, and only replaced. However, he was able to take an old replacement part that we located and fit it together, getting the fan working as best as possible again, given its age! Super friendly, great rates, excellent personality, and prompt responses to messaging! He completed the repairs in a timely fashion as well! We will definitely use Paul again for any of our electrical requirements!
