Unfortunately our experience has been very bad. We went there to wash and dry our clothes and asked for a self-service. The washing was $6 each and we put two plus $1 per cup of laundry powder. That was fine. The problem came when we asked to dry the clothes in low temperature because otherwise they get smaller, and one of the staff said that it takes more time and energy so we had to pay more. Usually it would be $1 per 5 min and they set both dryers for 45 min which would be $18 plus the wash and the powder would be $32, but because it “took more time” they asked us for $40. Then we arrived earlier and they made us pay in advance and check the dryer and our surprise was that the clothes were very hot, smaller and of course it didn’t take more time at all, contrary to what they said it took less, because the temperature was high so we had around 10 min left when we took everything out and I asked what happens with the price and I asked how much was per minute when it is “low temperature” and they didn’t answer. They just said “it was more” and that because we set it for 45 min we didn’t get any refund, even though we only used 35 min. But if this goes $/min, why I have to pay more minutes and why I have to pay more because is “low temperature”, giving that THAT wasn’t low at all. Definitely I don’t recommend it at all and the staff is quite rude. Just one of them “faced” the conversation, the other two just disappeared. So to sum up we went there and asked for a low temperature to take care of our clothes, we were happy to pay more for it if that took more time and spent more energy and the result was that it took less time because it wasn’t low temperature, we paid more and we got at least 5 T-shirt, 2shorts, 1 shirt and 1 dress which don’t fit us anymore. If you care about your clothes, I wouldn’t go to this place.

Very lovely service and quick turnaround depending on your needs. The owners are very friendly, they were able to clean up a wooly quilt with spillage issues. This place offers both cash and card payment, with the latter having a 2% surcharge. The maximum load per washing is 7.5kg. Washing starts at $7 with an extra charge for laundry powder/fabric softener. Drying starts at $8/load. Cleaning for suits starts at $16. Can't recommend them enough!

Bright and white exceeded my expectations!!! I had a large colour stain on a brand new silk dress that bright and white did some magic on. I had been to other dry cleaners who refused to give it a try. The customer service was brilliant and owner Matthew paid careful attention to detail. At pick up the lady that assisted me was professional and talked me through how they treated the garmet. Im definitely going back!

The couple that run this place are lovely. We had been on the road traveling and had accumulated three bags off dirty clothing. They offered to do the whole lot themselves by 4:00 PM for a reasonable/far price. This gave us the opportunity to go shopping and take in the old museum nearby. The work was completed by 3:30 all very clean, neat, folded and still warm from the driers. Thanks so much.

Amazing service. I had about 16 bags (garbage sized bags) of laundry needed to be washed and dryed. When I picked it up, it was organised and folded into new bags. A man, which I assume was the owner came out with a trolley and helped me deliver the 11 bags to my car. Very friendly workers. High recommend this place :)

Neatly folded laundry, provided cloth hangars for ironed shirts, they even added plastic protection on both the suits and the ironed shirts. Friendly staff and boss. Definitely worth the money paid for their services and would come back again in the future for huge laundry loads + dry cleaning.

Thank you for the clean up my suit. Nice Boss and lady boss. They helped me get two days of dry cleaning done ,i can work on Thursday. Not only dry cleaning, but also ironing to keep clothes looking straight. Just like the new one, five-star review, see you next month

Unfortunately the quality of service has decreased since the new owners took over. The guy at the front desk never removes his sunglasses, seems to always be on his phone, and is unfriendly. The dry cleaning is just okay.

Note this is a cash only establishment. Went in to get my uniform pressed, had it done within two hours I recommend them to other emergency service personnel that need work done without paying a steep fee

Tried these guys out based on other google reviews. Had some dry cleaning to be done and I cannot fault them on price, reliability & service. Would definitely go back.
