Bianca is a wonderful person and her salon has great energy however my hair got extremely damaged and the price increased every visit. I went to Bianca for 3 rows of sew in hair extensions multiple times and each time the price increased starting at $180 to $300. I would always get the same service so I was confused about the price increase but never said anything as she seemed very educated and passionate about hair. Until another hair dresser looked at my hair and was shocked to see how much string was in my hair and the amount of damage that happened. She explained to me that the method Bianca used is old school and caused a lot of breakage. 6 months later I still notice the damaged chopped pieces (around 3 inches long) in my hair that was caused from the method she used. Learn from my mistake, do your research on different hair extension methods and the salon you’re going to!

I found Bianca and her salon thru social media and i messaged her and she replied quickly and booked me for an appt. I came in for a hair cut. She was extremely kind, professional, knowledgeable, and just overall has amazing energy!! I will definitely be coming back to her for many more hair cuts and other stylings. Her salon also has extensions and so many hair products you can purchase which is great..one stop shop for everything hair. I’m so pleased with my experience and I can’t believe I didn’t know about her or her salon when I’ve been living in this city my whole life! A true hidden gem. We need more black hairstylists like her in our city. Thank you Bianca!! See you again soon for sure!

Bianca is a hair Goddess I drove all the way from another province just for her services!! she’s the best in the west! Hands down! She’s quick, gentle, and a hair veteran. Bianca is famously known for fixing other people’s mistakes. Majority of the people who walk in are desperately crying for help because other salons destroyed their hair And walk out looking like a total different person afterwards I never had such a great experience in my life and I’m so happy with my results Definitely recommend

I love this Hair Salon, the stylist were all welcoming and the owner took great care in sanitizing the product use for cutting, braiding, hair,they are informative the so how concerned they are about your hair,advice able,my cut was exactly what I want ed and I love it,the owner was there to welcoming you as you enter.the price is reasonable. It's too far from where I live, but I will visit again. Thanks alot for excellent work thanks again

Bianca can handle all types of mens and womens hair cuts and styles and she specializes in all kinds of hair extensions, braiding, hair dying, hair relaxer treatments, bonding, weaves and perms. She offers great pricing and it's just a wonderful experience at her salon :)

Popped by this amazing store /Salon today as I was walking past. The ladies at the store are so lovely and they have so many great makeup products and hair accessories. We were given a tour of the massage suite - it’s was like a little heavenly retreat from the hussle and bustle of the busy city surroundings. Will definitely be coming back for a massage sometime soon!

Bianca was very professional and very friendly. I got hair extensions because of hair loss which was of great concern for me. She showed a picture of my dry scalp which was very helpful to know what the problem was. She asked me what I wanted and I told her I needed hair extensions to solve the problem. I would go to her anytime a very kind soul.

One of the best experiences I have ever had getting my hair done, very Profesional, caring, courteous and loving. I got braids for my graduation and the price was just over $400… I had asked for knotless braids and she said she could do it and that’s not what I got. Given the overall price and not getting what I wanted I’ll never be going back.
