I contacted them about three weeks ago about a booking to India towards the end of the year for myself and my wife. The person sent me a booking same day evening but the dates were not convenient; I was told that the booking was valid only until the next day. For a few days after that I tried to look at making a booking directly but the prices were quite high. I then realised by accidently while using the specific Airline App to check what fights were available that our booking made by Best and Less Travel was still valid. I contacted them and asked when that booking was going to expire. I was told it would at midnight on the same day. After thinking about it, I informed them that we were unable to decide on that day. I assumed the booking would have actually expired, but checked it again just a few minutes ago purely out of curiosity. I found the booking was still valid!!!! I do not like to do business with people who are not truthful. I understand that the Travel Agents make money only when tickets are paid for but more people will use their services if they are honest and truthful and do not just look at their own interest at the expense of the potential or actual customers. If the person had told me that the price might change somewhat but the reservation would be valid until the date it actually was valid until, I would have appreciated the information. I should have read some of the recent reviews before approaching them, but I am glad I did not purchase the tickets from them. So irrespective of the price guarantee and other promises hey make on their website, I would never use their services in future. Update November 4, 2022 Regarding the Response from the owner below, I can confirm that I had contacted the Airline in question first (3 weeks after making the original tentative booking) before contacting your customer service person on the same day evening, who confirmed that the reservation was still valid, and a ticket could be issued at the same price as originally quoted provided I pay for the booking by 7:30 pm that night. Once again, the same technique was used to try and secure payment on the day. Sorry ... no change in my opinion.

Warning!! Warning!! Warning!! Never Ever book through them they will ditch you when you need them the most. I booked Air India flight through them. Air India flight could not depart that day due to mechanical issues. When I contacted Best and Less; what should I do? They said we have emailed airline and call you back with answer. But they never contacted again. I rang once again asking about my options for catching a flight to India in day or two. They said we will call you back with options. But again they didn't call back. So I booked my flight through other agent because not getting any help from Best and Less parramatta. Now after coming back I asked for refund which they advised me will take around 5 months. They asked me to fill a form. Where they said they will deduct $525 fee. I put $1 in deduction column they said you fill the form wrong. Fill the form right way because it's airline who charge that fee. I got letter from their manager where it clearly says full refund. Now after 5 months I got refund Less $525. When I inquired from them they said it's not airline fees. It's our admin fee for the quality service we provide. When I said I want to talk to your manager; they said he is busy he might call you tonight or tomorrow. I rang them app 10 times to talk to manager. What a quality service!!!! I spent $1600 extra on the tickets I purchased on th spot. Three days of hassle which includes two full wasted days on the airport with all the luggage. It was all the passengers with their luggage and young kids too. Taxi driver who took us said," Same issue they had with Air India flight few years ago." Fuel leakage was the actual issue. I am running out of patience in writing such a long post but this was less than the wait time endured during calls to best and less. Never again AIR INDIA Never again BEST and LESS Parramatta.

Most pathetic and atrocious After-Sales Service. Guys, please do not book your tickets with them just to save $10-$15. We have always booked directly with the airlines from their website and have never ever faced any issues with any after-sales query or changes. Unfortunately we booked our tickets with Best and Less Travels this time and hence our misery started... When you contact them to get the ticket price quotes; they will call/email you several times in a day with the details. But once you have booked your tickets...they will forget about you. We wished to make a date change on our booking and they won't even entertain your calls or emails. Apparently, they only have this one person based offshore who knows how to do these booking changes and even after asking to be connected to him and chasing these people, no reply, no call back whatsoever. Anyone can offer you good customer service until you are thinking about buying their products or using their services; what makes a difference is how good they are with their after-sales services. And this particular travel agency is terrible and horrible with their after-sales service. I will do my bit and hence I am going to make sure I use the power of social media and word of mouth and inform everyone I know of how pathetic their services are.

"PATHETIC" service and communication!!!! I booked 3 return ticket with Best & Less in early 2020 from Sydney to India before Covid hit globally through one of their tele sales representative "Chanchal". Now it's been almost 2 years since I have applied for my refund as we were not able to travel due to international border lockdown. Since I have applied for refund, I never received any update or any feedback until I follow up. Every time I have received a snip of an email from them stating your refund is still in progress & now, they have stopped replying on my email. I have followed up many times but no reply. Whenever I call on their no they always say please email and we will revert you in next 48 hrs. but it's been 3 months I am following up without any revert. Sales rep never connects your call to account department and always say just email and someone in the name of Naveen will reply as he is too busy handling other calls. I don't know what to do as I have been cheated by Best and Less and its almost $3000 for which I am waiting for. Please do not go with this travel agency. When you are looking for a ticket, they will call you multiple times but once it booked there is no service & no one is there to listen your issue. Big time liars and Cheaters

I have booked tickets from Bengaluru to Sydney for my parents and I for 24th March. I had to unfortunately change my date of return due to some urgent work and I informed Best and Less team on 2nd of March that I have change in plans and would like to know couple of date options in April so I can decide based on air fare which date I should reschedule to. This was done via their phone service. I followed up two days later and response was the reschedule team is working on it. I followed up again last week and there was no request raised. Then the agent assisting me informed me that the reschedule team will get back to me in two days time. I followed up again after two days and the agent supporting me said they don’t know the status as they are not responsible for this and they also told me that your ticket will be reschedule at least two days before the travel date. I am surprised by the response. How can they even make us wait until the last two days to reschedule the flight. Any airfare changes will be passed on to me and if there is a increase in airfare I will be responsible to pay for it but clearly in this case it is Best and less travel team who is mucking around .. Can I get clear indication on this request and what is the status.

I booked tickets for whole family to travel to USA and Canada with multiple stops. Tickets were purchased and fully paid. Then due to Covid border we’re closed and we were unable to travel. We cancelled the trip and they said they can cancel it and we can rebook by December 2021. As the borders stayed closed so no new plans and asked for refund. They confirmed by email the amount that will be refunded that wasn’t too bad. Yes there was a loss. This went on for months and they keep saying they haven’t received the refund from airlines. So when I was so sick of waiting one night I called airline office in US. They informed me that refund was processed within a week and they also provided the last 4 digit’s of their AMEX account where the refund was processed. Armed with this information I confronted them they instantly refunded my money. So heads up people if your money is still stuck contact the relevant airline and go from there. I’ll never go back to them. They think their customers are not smarter than a 5th grader and will keep believing what they say.

Heeral Trivedi booked my ticket for $1180. After one hour she told me prices are up, the Airline will cancel your booking. She said the ticket price was $1370 now. This is a scam. She charged me $550 extra for 3 tickets. This is totally unfair. She charged me unexpected & additional fees. Poor customer service & very rude lady. I only bought the tickets as I needed them urgently. I will never buy tickets with them again, terrible experience. Heeral Trivedi is so rude lady & her behaviour extremely Rude & poor customer service. I am so disappointed. Don’t recommend this to anyone! The plane did not supply any food, she told me she would book us food. We had to go on SCOOT and spend $20. I mailed her after the plane landed and told her about how my kids struggled on the plane due to a lack of food and she tried covering it up. She never gave me a refund, it was so dodgy. Suffered and lost a lot of money. She lied.

The only experience I have with this company is just right now when I made an enquiry about a ticket (or say, I was about to). Some girl picked up the phone and before beginning the conversation she said I need to provide them my name phone number email address etc. I said, you can have my phone number and name but I will only provide you email & any other details, once we discuss and agree about the ticket we want to book and when I book the ticket I will provide you all the details you need. She replied "I will tick the box and we will not spam you sir, but you have to provide the details before we begin the conversation about the ticket" Never heard of this policy before that someone will not even hear the customer what they need, without getting their personal details. Just on the basis of this policy a minus star. You did not even have me a chance to experience any further. Good for you. Cheers

Big thieves in Australia. Don’t ever go to them. We had family emergency couldn’t go on our booking dates. They charged half of the money of the tickets. We bought them for $5500 and they only refunding $2200 when we cancelled tickets.someone very young age Passed away in our family who’s marriage we was going to attend. Shame on you Best less travels. How you guys sleep at night when you steeling someone’s hard working money. You are the people who give shame to india. That’s why Overseas people says “BLODY thieves INDIANS”. All staff are same. Once they have your money that’s all they need. WHO CARES after that. Keep transferring your calls to one another for hours but no response or results. “GO TO HELL AND KEEP ALL THAT MONEY USE IT ON YOUR FUNERALS “ if anyone needs more references about them please don’t hesitate to ask me

If we have review system in minus i will give rate them minus. Worst company not recommended at all. I booked tickets through them and bcz of COVID-19 i had to change Travel dates they charged me for date change admin fees when singapore airlines wasn’t charging. Then Singapore airlines cancel the flights and i had to rebook the flight they charged me fees. Singapore air stop operating flights around march so I asked them for refund even in refund they are deducting money and its been more than 14 weeks but refund has not been given to me. I paid to them fir the tickets not to Singapore airlines.. when ever u call them i have been asked to contact later.. i have worst experience ever in life when my money is blocked by travel agent. First and last booking through this company. Not recommended to anyone

WARNING WARNING!! Please don’t fall for the ad of cheap air fare and price matching. I had terrible experience. I’m now having to pay extra. You can save a lot when booking directly online as you will pretty much get the same service where you have to handle all the stress of booking and cancelling. I had to cancel tickets and rebook for personal reasons, I’m losing close to 2K now because of these guys. If I had booked online, yes I’m talking to machine, but much easier process and I would have been covered by paying an extra $115. Please don’t use them if you're looking for a personalised assistance. Also they called to understand why I have given this review and to make me understand they were not at fault. They will always say they are right and customers who give bad reviews are wrong.

Incompetent staff, take your money, book the wrong dates and then blame you. Book wrong meals. But its still your fault. No customer service or insight to their incompetence. Do not book with these people. Worst travel agent! Update: Typical of you to respond with a version of your transactions. I have read reviews and the history shows that your team make several mistakes but blame the customers for not checking. Why not get it right the first time! Thanks to your team my father was without a meal for two flights! Now I need to change details for our return due to your incompetence. Please don't bother responding. Whether you justify your teams actions or not. The fact is best and less travel has lost its competence and service excellence. Still the worst travel agent!

Our fight got cancelled without any notification and alert and no replacement flight. We have 2 kids with us and whole return journey is planned and booked. Reached to airline which mentioned contact travel agent they should have informed you. Trying to call best and less agent who helped us book the flight, saying that they are trying but we haven't seen single email or included in any conversation with airline as requested. No we do not want refund , we booked flight and want to fly that day or before as long as we can catch connecting flight from Singapore to mumbai. Thank you for little help proving tickets. However, Worst service from best and less. They Don’t provide any update, no seat selection or food selection help even after call or personal email. Surprisingly,All family members got different seats in the plane. Airline said that’s how your agent selected the seats- even 4 year old child got seat far away from mother. Agent selected even wrong food than requested,no Help from agent , when emailed her to help ,no satisfactory answer. Never again from best n less at least from me and my relatives. I understand you guys are busy however please take care of your customers who purchased tickets from u and trusted u. Otherwise in future, No one will use best and less travel services.

The travel agent made an error with the dates by booking of one the connecting flight incorrectly. We didn't pick realise till after tickets were issued. We were then charged and extra 450$ to make changes. Very disappointed. Responding to reply. I pay extra for a travel agent to transcribe and book things as per conversation. Its not my job to check your work. If you cant do your job right then dont run a business. Disgusting shaddy business. You guys didnt even book our meals for the flights and then told us its our problem and we should call the airlines. We paid you guys $16000 for such horrible service. I am furious. Dont run a business in Australia because clearly you can maintain standards. Disgusting people.

Best and less isn’t trustworthy company. I have applied my ticket refund almost 16 weeks before still I haven’t received my refund yet. When I have try to chase about my two ticket refund their staff person surjeet told me last Monday over the phone, we have received your refund but account department any person not available today so we will transfer you tomorrow and send you confirmation email. After that I have received email today haven’t received your fund yet. Please have look that email photo. After 15-16 weeks still don’t received refund and staff telling lie every time calling them and said different different stories every time. Don’t trust this company and go for good other company.

I had an upsetting experience with them few years back. I had bought a two way ticket from Syd to India but I had to cancel my return ticket back to syd so I called them up and said I need to cancel the return ticket and if I qualify for a refund for half journey. The Gentleman told me I need to cancel the ticket first and we can see if we can refund it back. I told them I need to know in advance but he insisted he will get back to me but I have to confirm that I am cancelling. Under pressure I have given my confirmation that I am cancelling. I am sure they must have sold my ticket to someone else but never gotten back to me. Greedy Service. I never went back to them since then.

The staff are very friendly in particular Neha, she has been very courteous and very helpful in finding the best price in all my travel bookings made thus far, how many ever times you call for any change or any query regarding the booking, she does not hesitate to make changes and patiently answers all the queries. I have compared many other travel agencies and have found that Best & Less offers the best services for less price and surely no one can beat them. Deepa was the best travel agent! I’ve been waiting for a response from my referred travel agent for a month and haven’t gotten a reply. Everytime I call over the last two months I never get a call back. I called Thursday at 4:30pm, an agent picked up and said my agent was available and then left me on hold for 30mins until it reached 5pm for the line to cut. My families booked through them for years especially with Deepa who was great, but this poor service in inexcusable. Atleast reply or refer clients to another who can help. Very disappointed as I was hoping to book through them again

Best service from these guys.. Vikas, one of the agents, was really exceptional. He really helped in my time of need. He got me on an international flight within 3 hours of calling him. He went above and beyond to make sure I got whatever I needed on the flight. He gave me a call twice to follow up and to make sure that I reached the Flight and checked-in on time. He even arranged for my meals as per my requirements before my asking. As I was not even thinking about it but he arranged it.. that's service.. I would really recommend these guys for your next flight bookings..

I booked a holiday to Bangladesh for my family and myself and we always get our tickets from Best and Less Travel as they always provide the best deals. This time we bought it from Humayun Khalid who helped us throughout the whole process. Absolutely pathetic... staff really needs good training, motivation to work & give best to customer. there is something called customer services, Best & less is far behind in that. I normally don't give review, I have had same kind of experience with different agents here. staff really needs motivation to give best quotes and do best for customer but these people are worst will offer the most longish route with high price. guess what, they cant even price beat. lot of space for improvement, you can do it Best & Less travel.

I dealt with Sameeha - one of the consultants at Best and Less. She provided an outstanding service. I changed my plans a couple of times and she was very patient and always respectful despite the changes. We booked the flights and the connecting flights were later cancelled by the airline. I will give 0 star. When you enquiry to book they will happy to help once you buy ticket no help or no responses after even contacting many times and given sufficient time to change the tickets. When you call they will say the person is busy on the phone. We will ask to give call back but never received any call back. When you call after few minutes they will say that person is not available now and just to avoid you to get service. Never had such a bad experience with the travel agents.

Excellent customer service from Parul. We have been booking with Best & Less for the past several years, and they have always obtained good prices and the service has been excellent. More than anything I appreciate the fact that they are there for you even after the ticket is sold, and they have received payment. I want to travel USA and Canada. Booked the same itinerary with them before and had a great service but this time I really hve a bad experience, I called couple of time kept me hold for long time but it was OK then I connected with highly unprofessional operator, after a few minutes dialogue, she said to me you better book with skyscanner, She was really unprofessional and her attitude was like " why u call us"? book anywhere else. I said yes I will do and hang up .

Avoid!!! Highly unprofessional! My flight got cancelled 5 months ago and I’m still waiting for the refund. Initially I was told that refund will be processed within 10-12 weeks. Calling staff daily and no one is interested to sort this out. I recommend everyone to stay away from them, as they do not value customers and wont sort out any issues if occured. **Still waiting for the solution** More than 14 weeks are passed

We booked tickets with them during covid time. They charged us too much for date changes and pathetic customer service when we call them to rebook our cancelled tickets. I will not advice their service to any of our friends and family. I will never book with them after all that I have gone through. They look very cheap in the beginning , but they will charge us more than our ticket money when we ask them for a change.

I paid $2520 for two tickets I need to change the dates and now they have made me wait for 2 weeks and so many calls back and forth gave me a quote of $4000 to make the changes!! When I called the airline directly they gave me a much lower quote. They are really the worse customer service, really dodgy. Do yourself a favour and book directly or with other agents. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THEM if you want service.

The worst experience ever had, customer service is very bad and response is very slow. I need to explain my concern everytime I am calling them because each and every time I make a call there is a different person who is answering and asking from start. And the fares and cancellation policies are not explained properly. So, if you want to have a beautiful journey I suggest you not to choose this travels.

Will not recommend their service. Booked my ticket with a 2 year old and had to go through a lot of challenges during travel due to incorrect booking for my child. Got tired explaining the airline with this wrong booking and somehow managed to travel. Also never returns call back requests. They show interest all the way till payments are made and then leave off their helping hands.
