I have been doing the benefits management with my company for the last year, so am often in communication either by phone or email with BBD. I feel I've gotten to know the team enough that when I have a peculiar request, or need to follow-up on an item, I'm never "inconveniencing" someone or repeating a question I have already asked. Even if I have. I genuinely appreciate the extra effort the team has put in to help me learn the system, to be able to create and interpret reports from the main webpage on my own, and their overall management of my account and requests. I also really appreciate the extra time and effort Nick K. has put in to help me in the last few months. I feel like his email just sort of appeared in my inbox one day, and now he has absolutely become my Number One Go To when I have a question, a problem, or something that needs to be done asap. Even if Nick doesn't have the answer to my question, he never lets my email or voicemail sit unanswered. He is always meticulous in responding to me, with or without an answer, just so I know that my request hasn't fallen on deaf ears. I haven't worked in close-quarters with many benefits companies over the years, but BBD stands among the best of them imo. (Thanks for all your help Nick!)

As a Boutique Firm BBD can do things that other firms can't, which is powerful. However, their real superpower is the company culture. The have strong brand values which are more than just words, they are how they do business. During the pandemic our company was shut down by government and it was devastating, to say the least. BBD stood by us without hesitation. I just don't feel that would have happened with another company. They are the type of company to connect you with what is right for you even if it means that another company is a better fit for you. This is rare. I highly recommend them.
