Went there to my usual Automobile detailer that's in the second level, Managed to occupy my time with some light shopping visited Pusataris, with kids in tow, and picked up my usual... nod to my GP to sooth my soul or rather his concern For my cardiovascular health and balanced it with an apple So, with respect to the mall itself, it's got the usual shopping fare to be had but point of note this mall is quite pleasant in that it does not have the absurdly busy levels of other like venues... So therein lies the conundrum, My other point of note or caveat is that there's not as much variety. If you will, in terms of shopping to be had as to be expected in some other malls. Albeit they are of a larger scope and I speak of Yorkdale for one, however I do enjoy the tranquility this mall has to offer. And you have to check out some of the food offerings, restos etc as I find it to be a little bit more above par than the typical gastronomical offerings in other shopping malls. As with all my posts fair warning this fellow dictates as opposed to types. So beware the grammatical inaccuracies typos et cetera. By way of a closing note that particular item I purchased and I do not speak of the apple, the foie gras, is quite lovely and it's a nice addition to any entree if not to be had simply paired with a baguette and A nice bouteille de vin, imo a smooth red will suffice SALUT

Not a large mall, but certainly a cozy, higher end, well maintained and designed space. You’ll find a good sized Loblaws store here for all your food and household needs and a small Pusateri’s market for more eclectic and gourmet type options. This mall had ample parking spread out between a couple levels and I had no problem finding parking on a weekend. Lots of options for eating from a small open court area at one end to an area with multiple small bistro type sit down restaurants at the other end that ere a little cozier and had a nice feel. A good variety of higher end retail shops from clothing to shoes to jewelry and some designer shops as well. There were a number of areas that were not occupied but there appeared to be shops coming to these areas soon. Washroom areas were super clean and accessible, and there were lots of areas to sit and relax and each featured comfortable seating and nice decor. Overall a very nice experience walking and shopping Bayview Village and I would definitely return.

I recently visited Bayview Village shopping centre and was thoroughly impressed with the selection of stores and the overall shopping experience. The mall is home to a wide variety of retailers, ranging from high-end luxury brands to more affordable options, so there is something for everyone. One of the things that I particularly appreciated about Bayview Village is the layout of the mall - it is easy to navigate and find what you are looking for, and there are plenty of seating areas and amenities scattered throughout the centre. The mall is also clean and well-maintained, which adds to the overall pleasant shopping experience. In addition to the wide variety of stores, Bayview Village also has a number of great restaurants and food options. There are several sit-down restaurants to choose from, as well as a food court with a wide variety of cuisines. Overall, I had a great time shopping at Bayview Village and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality shopping experience.

The mall itself is beautiful and well maintained. The shops are unique and the bathrooms are lovely. Unfortunately, the mall staff, specifically the security guards, were extremely disrespectful and ill mannered. I don’t usually write reviews about mall security but this deserves some attention. Multiple security guards said different messages to me about consuming beverages in the seating area. After the 4th security guard came up to me within 30 minutes and I mentioned the previous security guards said something different, she completely disregarded what I said. She was very aggressive and rude. Recommendation to the mall is to implement better hiring practices as some of these security guards should not be working in a customer facing role. Why is the mall over staffed with security anyways that four different people had to come up to me as I was just sitting on the couch. Completely ruins the entire mall experience especially for a mall that aims to cater to a higher end clientele.

I grew up shopping at this mall for over 30 years. I’ve always felt like Bayview Village was “my mall” and have always felt comfortable shopping there even as it changed over the years. I hadn’t been here in a few years but was in the area, so I decided to stop in. I guess if you want customer service, you need to be over 60-years old and look filthy rich because those are the only people who got a “hello” in the stores. I went to 6 different stores and every single sales person either completely ignored me or made me feel like I was an inconvenience for asking to try something on. It’s worth noting that the stores weren’t busy, so there’s no excuse to completely ignore a customer. I shop in all kinds of high end stores and I’ve never, ever received such consist terrible and rude service. I won’t be back any time soon.

Aesthetically pleasing mall, great for quick visits to niche boutique retailers and some chain retailers. Lots of women's fashion stores compared to other genre of stores. There are 2 grocery stores on site and some sit down restaurants on the west wing. There are some bakeries and cafes spread through out the mall. Lots of sitting area if you need quick shopping rest. There is free above ground and underground parking. Mall staff from security to cleaning to concierge are all friendly and courteous. Purchased mall gift card for family friends. It comes in a cardboard pouch and fancy customized bag dedicated for the gift card. There is no service charge unless you exceed the 16 months expiration period after being activated.

There was a bird stuck in the exterior wall outside of CIBC. They were informed at 3:30pm and didn’t do anything about it. They were informed again at 8:30pm and still did nothing. The bird died in the wall in complete distress. Someone from building management simply needed to come and unscrew the panel with the correct tools. The only thing management could say to me after I suggested that their response was completely negligent and unacceptable was, “sorry you feel that way”. They didn’t take any responsibility for their lack of a response. I hope animal welfare services fine them. If you like animals don’t shop/support this company.

Shopping mall situated on the corner of Bayview and Sheppard. Lots of unique higher end shops with one of a kind finds. Array of stores to meet all your needs: Loblaws, LCBO, restaurants, drink shops, and clothing and household items. The mall itself has lovely, warm vibes with comfortable round seating areas in the hall. Love the chandeliers in the Centre of the mall. Womens bathrooms are clean, individual stalls with washbasin within the stalls. There is also complementary shoe shine machine near the entrance of the women’s bathroom. I Enjoy coming to this mall.

  • Jenny

This mall is well maintained. Even though they did not have the most popular stores here, but they did have some unique brands and middle class stores that are not available elsewhere. There were two really nice supermarkets with high quality grocery and a big LCBO store. They did not have a food court at the mall, however, there were a few nice decor dine in coffee shops and restaurants available. I enjoyed shopping at this mall because it was less crowded than other shopping malls on weekends.

  • Minaz Mawji

Nice stores, non-smoking facility. Variety of restaurants. The staff are always helpful and the mall is very clean. I live the fact that it is a non-smoking environment. That is definitely a plus for me. I dislike walking outside into a cloud of smoke and cigarette butts everywhere. This is a breath of fresh air. My favourite stores are Squint, Tabule, Lindt and of course the convenience of Pusateri and LCBO. All I need under one roof. There is ample parking and it has clean bathrooms.

Bayview Village Shopping Centre is truly an A class mall. This place is elegant, gleaming clean and welcoming. The washrooms are especially well kept and there is hardly a time when staff miss wiping the sinks and making sure there are great towels. The variety of shops is amazing. The restaurants and coffee shops are priced above average but if you fancy an elegant setting this place is for you. They have comfortable seating clusters across the centre. Overall a positive experience.

I'm utterly disappointed with this fashion show! It's beyond belief how it keeps deteriorating. Two hosts who seem completely out of touch with reality and a person who appears to be the GM - her outfit was truly disturbing. Do they think they add any value to this mall? Absolutely not! Bring back Browns, so I can make my returns more easily accessible. Change the vacancies and change the horrendous general manager of this place, and after this fiasco change the marketing team too!

  • Vivian Arnold

The mall is kept up nicely. Even if there weren't the most well-known retailers here, there were still some distinctive brands and middle-class stores that weren't found anywhere else. A large LCBO store and two pretty beautiful supermarkets with high-quality groceries were nearby. Although the mall lacked a food court, there were a few nice-looking dine-in coffee shops and restaurants. Because it was less congested on weekends than other malls, I liked shopping at this one.

  • Pam White

No dogs allowed yet every time I come here there are dogs ( pets) in the mall ( non -service) BV doesnt do anything. My experience today showed a security guard walk right past the dog without saying or doing anything. I on the other hand ahad to leave as I am allergic to these furry friends...and, yes. I like dogs, just cant be around them. Unfortunately, I did not hv my phone handy to be able to video this. I'm not the only one who looked at the owners on disdain

  • Ocean Eyez

I liked this cute lil mall its not as big as others but it has enough stores havent really taken the time to fully look around but it has a few one of a kind stores thatyou cant find any were else in the city. Also for those David Tea lovers like myself this is the only one were it has seating directly outside the store to sit and drink your cup of tea or lattes :) 1st of its kind. It also has 2 floors for there loblaws.

  • Niranjan Maria Selvamanickam

Premium mall located near bayview subway station. Good place to spend time. Mall is clean and spacious with plenty of seating accomodation and well maintained washrooms and child care rooms. Most of the showrooms are expensive with only premium brands. I did not see a food court like other places. There is no tim Hortons or McDonald's if you want to have cheap coffee. Plenty of parking space available on premises.

  • Lizzy H

One of my fav spots. Pricy but the ambiance is calm and relaxing , not hectic like the other malls, I can sit on the lovely seats around the mall or at a cafe or walk around , convenient for grocery , liquor, apparels, restaurants , optician, etc. I had a recent experience here where three kids with hoodies took over the exit stretch at @loblaws and refused to move so that I can drive pass.

  • Tina K

Very clean and nice place; fair number of stores .. I personally think the high end items do t gravitate towards the younger adults… I’d probably say ladies 50+ would appreciate it… perhaps I missed something but that’s my observation from the time I spent there. Highly recommend for anyone to check it out at least once; I’d describe it as a mini Yorkdale

  • Jatique Khan

For the prices this place charges, you would think they have all the products you need but they rarely ever do. They get away with being a high end grocer because of the area they reside in but it's a complete joke. Always sold out of the most basic items, and even the employees walk around with a smugness similar to the people who shop here.

  • Scott Ka

This mall is mostly geared towards an older crowd but for fit and finish you will be hard pressed to find a cleaner or more well kept shopping experience. You will often see management walking the mall and dealing with any issues quickly. They have friendly security guards and cleaning staff. Bayview village is a high end, well run facility!

  • Xiao_teaching Violin

It is one of the high-end shopping mall. It's not a big mall but beautifuly decorated, has wide space and a few lovely cofes to sit at. There is Gap, as a big clothing store, Shoppers and Loblaws for convenience. There is Pusateri for my treats. The rest of stores are boutique-style, lovely to visit. I like visit friends there. It's quieter.

  • Noushad Rahnama

This isn't a place for your day-to-day shopping, unless you plan on spending hundreds a day! It's a nice looking mall, with more than enough parking space, on and under ground. One negative point about it is that when the mall closes, you cannot access bank ATMs'. There's a huge Chapters, LCBO, and a Loblaws attached to the mall as well.

  • Shannon Bourne

Do not buy a gift card from them. Our friend got us a $100 gift card. We had a new born baby and then the pandemic happened. By the time we used it there was only $25 left on the card. I consider this to be stealing. Did they bother to help us or fix the situation? No they did not. I will not be shopping there ever again.

  • Komellija Barone

t is really nice clean and well maintained mall ,… mall have couple of shops and restaurants.. CIBC and public library also located inside the mall .. interior of this mall is beautiful… I enjoyed spending some time over there.. mall have enough parking spaces , the area was too huge. Stores have quality products.

  • Diane Sanderson

The place is great for shopping as there are numerous shopping stores inside the mall. Several places to eat whatever your tastebuds desire at the time. Three coffee places for a light lunch. Two washrooms. The Mall is kept very clean. People working there are very friendly. It almost feels like home.

  • Avis Demers

Beautiful mall! I hadn't been to that mall for a few years. It has been renovated with Beautiful stores, the washroom was very clean and nice! Nice Restaurants too! I had shopped at the New Balance store, the sales person was very knowledgeable and very nice! It close to the Bayview Subway Station.

  • A B

It's an upscale boutique mall with higher end retailers. One both ends of the mall are grocers; Loblaws and Pusateri. There is also a large Chapters and LCBO. While the subway station is beside the mall it is not connected to it and is a 5 minute walk. There aren't too many fast food options here.

  • Zhivko Vanef Petrov

Very nice mall my only issue with the mall management. Majority of people are elderly and parking is lacking for disability parking spot. I would drive around the mall looking for a spot eventually giving up and end up going to longos plenty of full width spots none disability spots.

  • Google Guide

This a suburan upscale indoor mall with some unique shops and restaurants. There is also a Loblaws and LCBO. Surface and garage parking, and Highway and Subway accessible. This mid sized mall has about a 50 year heritage maturing from an outdoor mall with KMart to what it is today.

  • Darya Pichugina

No. Two stores: Babe and LCBO. Reasonable. Good. Banking- sure, managers never there and above 2k forget it. Foods are for my grandmother, Jewellery - I mean white gold with an 8k diamond and crushed to put in a watch for your man - no luck. Pricey. And I shop Dior for fuskcs sake.

  • Chantal LC

I found this place to be quite relaxing and stimulating due to the variety of shops offered here and the atmosphere. Very aesthetic. Easy access to Sephora from one of the main entrances here from the parking lot. Pusateri's a believe is also located here. Very chic. Love it.

  • Justin Chan

Excellent shopping center. Love LCBO at this location. Large selection of boutique high end clothing stores and food stores like Pusateri's, the Pearl restaurant, & other coffee shops. Very diverse group of stores from toys, clothing, services, firniture, & Loblaws.

  • Javier Pacheco

Nice mall, well maintained. Anchor shops like Loblaws and LCBO. Clean washrooms. Every year they bring the same grumpy Santa and photographer with an attitude. It also has a good selection of restaurants. Parking is ample although the underground is very limited.

  • Veria Havary-Nassab

A beautiful shopping center with classy and high quality brands, a good food court, a few coffee shops, LCBO, Loblaws and Pusaterie’s (Italian grocery store) Large Parking spots on Sheppard street and at the back of the mall. Nice restaurants as well.

  • Simon Lam

Lots of long term vacancies. Kinda depressing to visit with so little stores actually open. Business in physical shopping has changed and it seems like the management for this mall is still operating in the mindset of 1990s. Wake up call is needed!

  • Don Lo

A great place to shop and grab a bite or dine; there’s the supermarket, liquor store, coffee shops, restaurants, banks, library, boutiques and shops for personal cares. Great location, subway and is around the corner and so is the expressway.

  • DK Lo

Nice place to see a lot of boutique brands and high quality merchandise that upscale people actually wear I suppose to all of the hype beast and extremely pricey brands of Yorkdale. In my opinion it's a nice change. Geox, Le Creuset, Banana

  • Helen S.

Always classy and beautiful. Relaxing to shop here! Lovely mall... I miss the Restoration Hardware! PS. The washroom is sparklingly pretty and very private. Have my own lovely sink inside the stall. Love the thick tissues..very thoughtful.

  • Stéphane Deschênes

Because it is after 6pm on a Saturday, I had to get in my car to drive from Loblaws (which open) to the LCBO (which is also open) on the other side of the mall. They had security guards preventing you from going through the mall. NOT cool!

  • Urmi Patel

It is really nice mall , clean and well maintained… mall have couple of shops and restaurants.. CIBC and public library also located inside the mall .. architecture of the mall and interior are beautiful… I enjoyed spending some time over

  • reza

Bayview Village Shopping Centre is an exceptional destination for those seeking a premium shopping experience. Located in the heart of Toronto, this upscale mall offers an array of high-end retailers, impeccable services, and a welcoming

  • Michel Jones

When the LCBO and Loblaws are open this mall needs to keep the hallways between them open even if the stores in between are closed.. security makes you go outside to access the 2 and it is very frustrating, annoying and inconvenient

  • JeBron James The Second Nesbeth

Good, solid knowledgeable on the product. I went in willing, asked the store manger about their imports and exports and he didn't hesitate on NOTHING - he was on point for sure. That's good service and quality all in one !

  • L K

Nice and clean place but mostly are expensive boutiques. I come here mostly to go to the Loblaws. Not too many stores but they have Banana Republic, GAP, LCBO, Starbucks, Browns shoes, etc. Not too crowded so it is nice.

The shopping mall has a lot retire senior walking and hiking all around in the morning. I went to the bakery beside the Lablow and found it closed forever. Very sad! I missed the omelette!

The plaza is not like any I have seen in Toronto. It is plush and has all the high end brands; not a lot of people inside the plaza so it’s comfortable to walk around with your toddler.

A high end and quiet mall in the area. Super clean and has a lot of light and decorations throughout the mall. Got a couple good restaurants in it. Overall, good for local in the area.
