I came to this place because of the good reviews. We got there at 20.30 and the owner was very nice and made sure we were taken care of. When the two masseuses came in, they didn't seem to want to take a costumer because of the time, the atmosphere was a bit off. I have to say, that the massages we got were nice, however: we ordered 30 min foot and 30 min back, shoulder, head and got a full body massage with some feet focus that lastet 50 min, so they even cut our time short. At the end they asked us for tips in the massage room and had my boyfriend somewhat cornered. During the massage they talked the whole time, as someone already mentioned, but for Vietnamese massages that is not so uncommon in my opinion. Maybe it was the wrong time for a massage, maybe it was the wrong masseuses...

I was introduced to massages at BT Spa. The facility is located in a pretty small alley on Doi Cung Street. It is quiet, clean, healthy space ... the staff are friendly and professional. I have a full body massage and a steam bath and get a 15-minute foot bath for free with BT spa's herbal water. The feeling of warm water is just enough, the fragrance is very special, my spirit is extremely relaxing. I am very satisfied and will come back to experience the Dao water bath here. Good price . Thank you for introducing me here. If you want to massage, relax, BT spa is the best choice for you.

I can only imagine that all the reviews here are fake or made by the spa itself. Went with 3 friends based on reviews. They said they could take all four of us at once. Had us waiting with our feet soaking for 15 min. Finally took us upstairs and we waited another 15 minutes lying on our beds. The ladies who did our massages were unprofessional to say the least. They answered multiple phonecalls and spoke to one another while giggling during the entire hour. In my years of getting massages around the world, this was by far the worst.

This was one of the best massage I ever had. The SPA is very beautiful and the staff are super friendly and professional. Everything is clean and the service is amazing. Before the massage we had a 15 minutes relaxing food bath with an amazing SPA oil, it was completely free. The price for the massage is very good, especially for a 5 Star place!!! I would definitely visit again. It’s a little hidden gem back in the alley, totally worth it!

This place, only open a month, is super friendly and delivered a very high-quality affordable massage and a nice herbal foot soak thrown in. One of the better massages I've had in 3 months in SE Asia (Did the 1 hour with oil).The place is basic but clean, and don't worry about walking down the narrow alleyway to it it's there and it's worth it!

In amongst an alleyway of what seemed to be houses was this very quaint beauty spa. Very well presented, clean and comfortable. The ladies working there and the owner took very good care of my friend and I, so so lovely. The service was great. 100% recommend this gorgeous spa.

Great foot massage after trekking the Citadel all day. The owner is fantastic and wants to ensure your massage is done right and that your satisfaction is realized. It may be down an alley but it is worth finding. I shall return and I wish them great success.

Great massage, unfortunately the ladies weren’t professional throughout, taking phone calls, watching videos on their phone outside the room and giggling a lot during the massage… We would have given 5 stars otherwise, as the massage was actually nice.

Been there for a shoulder, neck and back massage. Great value and super friendly staff, got asked every few minutes if it's okay or if they need to change something, good service around it as well. Recommendable!

Not sure how it even got such good ratings. The masseur used her hp while massaging, there was no aircon and thus super hot. The masseur skill was below average, and it was quite noisy. Pls avoid it at all costs!

It was wonderful! They take care about everything, the massage was so profesional, the place clean and comfortable and they were very nice and offered me a tea before and after the massage. And very good price!
