Terrible services, avoid this company at all costs. Delivered a car that was broken, and a windshield wiper so old that was not cleaning the window at all. Had to drive with this car 200km with rattling all the way. Next day we were asked to deliver the car to a car services to fix it. We were told to come at 12am and it will take 10 minutes. It is now 15:13 and we are on a taxy going home because the repairs will take another few hour. When we asked for a replacement car we were said no and if we want to cancel our contract we will lose all the money (10 day rental). If you dont want to work for them as a car delivery person to repairs and be stuck with a broken car on your holidays find a different company

Website is misleading, staff is rude and snarky. Total customer service fail. When attempted to book a car received automated email that one of their sales representatives will contact me shortly. Nothing have happened until next day noon when my plane have landed in Kaunas and I have called company directly. Person that answered told me that they have rented out all cars, he could not explain why that was not indicated on their website when I made enquery (with precise dates!). After that have had to spend couple of hours in 30+ celsius heat finding alternative rental car.

Nesenai išsinomavau šią Jetta kelioms paroms ir likau labai patenkintas, mašina prižiūrėta ir tvarkinga, ją buvo malonu naudotis. Esu labai dėkingas Autorent24 komandai , kad sureagavo staigiai ir operatyviai į mano prašymą. Rekomenduoju šią įmonę.

Terrible service. Company refuses to give back the initial payments months after when according to papers it had to be done 3 days after returning the car. AVOID this service at all costs.

I rent a car twice a year in this company and very satisfied, there was always a very good service honest with the deposit
