My recommendation is stay away from these people. They are liars and thieves. If I could give them a minus 5 I would. I purchased a lifting recliner on the 10 th February and was informed on the 11th that the chair had left Melbourne. To this day 9 th March all I have got is 1/2 a chair. I have sent 23 emails to various businesses connected to this delivery and 16 phone calls. Firstly no-one could find my order or the chair. Today ,Belle, from Ausway found my order and would arranged to get the rest of my order to me. She would ring me back by 6pm. Guess what another lie no call. This chair was meant to help me with my pain. Last year I fell and broke my neck and I'm about to have knee replacements done. I'm making myself sick with stress

They took over 250 for a makeup desk and mirror. Only the mirror came. They have organised someone to pick up the mirror part for a refund but there has been 6 different days They said they would come and i have taken work off yet no one ever comes. I have contacted consumer affairs and a lawyer as well as I will be contacting a current affair.

If you are thinking about buying from these people don’t. The bin came dented and on complaint they offered me a $30 discount for keeping the item. I said I didn’t want the item. It is clearly very poor quality. Do they not know Australian consumer rights? If an item is faulty I am entitled to a refund.

I had my ebike delivered two weeks after the order and top of that i had my bike damaged on delivery. Emailed my deal with automated response and no response from the seller which is auswheel. I dont recommend auswheel ebike.

STAY AWAY - They will screw you to the wall. Will come up any excuse not to refund you. They do, however give you advise on how to on sell the item you want to return to them. LOL. I will never shop with them again
