I brought a teapot the 1st week of February via the online service, this arrived late and very damaged when I complained the person from the warehouse who answered me took his sweet time investigating the issue even when I sent picture and I showed him yhe package was badly packed. Last week I got the replacement but it was the wrong size and again damaged but not as bad as the 1st one the person from the warehouse keep arguing with me that the size is right so I made a video showing he sent a not even 1 litre teapot instead of a 1.5 litres that I brought and is showing in my invoice. Now is not even answering my messages I have a total radio silence so I end up out of money with a very small item. In general the WORSE SERVICE EVER DON'T BUY FROM THEM

Tried to sell cheap stuff with an expensive pricetag. When I was new into hookah, a guy who work there told me one of the phunnel bowl cost 20-25, which obviously is those cheap ones that cost around 5-10, lucky I visit quite a lot of shops back then and decided not to buy it, as soon as i walk out of the shop he approaches me and say what about 10 dollars. Im disgusted by such business practice, where he was trying to fool ppl who don't know much into paying twice the price at least. The hookahs they sell has a huge mark up too, I was charged 250 for a brand that I can't even find on Google.

I ordered a copper Shisha yesterday morning and I received it on the same day. Easy to call and talk to the amazing staff about my order and they were very polite and friendly. The delivery guy was also nice and helpful. The product even looks better than what I have expected. I am very happy with my purchase.

julie’s customer service was honestly amazing. she was very friendly and assisted me a lot. i was looking for a quick shop and julie helped me find what i wanted instantly. will 100% return to the store as i found the pricing extremely reasonable as well. customer service 10/10.

We came across this beautiful Middle eastern store by mistake and loved looking at the gorgeous tea cups, and smelling wonderful perfumes with the help of a lovely assistant. Definately worth a visit.
