This is the fourth move we have done in Sydney with Apple Removals. Every move is stressful but has always been that much easier with these gentlemen. Polite, cheerful, careful and efficient. Nothing has been too hard to move and with no dents or scratches. We booked this last move with only two weeks notice and were able to secure a number of trucks so the whole uplift could be done in one download. Jeremy is very professional, easy going and is quick to respond if a call is missed. We had moving boxes the next day after booking. He’s supported by a very efficient staff who don’t drop the ball. Ultimate professionalism from consultation and the whole way through the whole moving process. We had a huge move and the team asked questions, pre-planned and developed strategy to ensure the most efficient moving day with all the stuff we had! They were calm even when faced with a massive storm on the day and on both ends ensured all our belongings were carefully packed, wrapped and moved and rebuilt on the other side. Our move was a bit challenging due to the number of stairs involved within the property but Kilani and Joe showed fantastic teamwork to make this assignment a great success. A drama at settlement meant they had to wait around for 4 hours, and then still manage to get everything done in the rain in a tricky entrance. These champions are unreal, punctual, didn’t complain with the rain and steep access on the pick up. Narrow drive ways, very professional drivers and packers. Five bedrooms house with garage and sheds full, loaded and unloaded same day. Dismantled the furniture wrapped everything and had ours beds done. What a crew. Thank you apple removals

Edi and John were great - very helpful & careful. They worked efficiently & were a great team. We felt confident to leave them to pack our boxes and furniture into storage & lock up when they’d finished. Once completed they FaceTimed us to check that we were happy & sent photos of the finished job. We would recommend them highly.

This is our second move with Apple. Both experiences have been great. No hidden costs and under budget (as I opted hourly rate both times) Jeremy, Kailani and the team were fantastic and happy for me to help to speed up the process. Joe, Kilani and John went over and above through a long and challenging move. They are simply the best movers we have ever encountered, experienced, helpful, friendly and obliging. They solved some major logistical challenges with a smile. As Joe said, ‘we are with you for all the way through’ - and so they were.

We decided to use apple removals for a second time as we had a great experience a year and a half ago, and once again they delivered perfectly. Everything was stress free, and Diego and Kilani our removalists were extremely professional and accommodating. Would absolutely recommend Apple and will use them again.

Kilani and the team were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and they made sure all my furniture and boxes arrived safely. Their perseverance in getting a long 3 metre couch up a narrow stairwell has to be commended!!! Not sure how they did it!! Thank you for a stress free move and for all being so pleasant!

I recommend apple removals. They moved me from my house to a storage unit and out of the storage to my new apartment. Kilani and Maher did a fantastic job. Took care of my goods and also my house/apartment. I don’t plan on moving again soon, but will call Apple removals if I do have to.

Joe and Diego team was fantastic! I have so much heavy furniture, but they handled it really well ! They are strong and careful. Sometimes moving home is very stressful, but they really care about makes me less stressful. Last minute booking, but they make that happen! I’ll use again
