My coworker/friend referred me to this dental office, after I had shared an unpleasant experience I had previously & yet I knew how much I needed to see a dentist (now that I finally had benefits) but how nervous I was. And I can tell you, after being to this office, I feel a whole lot better know. (I even shared a post on my fb about them the moment I got home from my appointment.) I’ve never had such a thorough exam in my life! They checked things I’ve never had checked before. Each staff along the process was lovely. The dentist was so knowledgeable & kind & caring. No pressure whatsoever knowing my finances were limited. And the front desk was also incredibly helpful & warm & caring, taking the time to sort everything out for me-what I needed to have done, coinciding with benefits I had, timing that would be best etc. So wonderful in dealing with a bit of a daunting task. Though I still have to go back to get my fillings & cleaning, I can say I’m a lot less nervous about it now! Top notch (& beautiful) office & care here thus far. Highly recommend!

I had severe tooth pain issues with a couple fillings done over a year ago, after returning for the first filling I was told there was nothing wrong, returned again cause I couldn't handle the pain and was popping pain killers continuously to get through a day. They finally agreed to redo the filling and the pain stopped. I don't think that's a coincidence. After the worst filling stopped hurting I noticed pain in the other tooth but much less severe. I returned twice, was told nothing was wrong then they filed down my bite on the second visit. This didn't work and I still experience pain in the tooth over a year later. I think mistakes were made and Dr. Brendan Lee chose not to admit to it, which is sad as I had been seeing Dr. Michelle Lee without issue for years prior. Now, I would never recommend this clinic to anyone now and am on the hunt for a more caring and experienced dentist.

We’ve been coming here for about 10 years now and couldn’t dream of going anywhere else. Even when we moved to Calgary for 4 years we still continued to come back here for our regular checkups. Dr. Lee is so courteous and professional and amazing at what she does! All of her staff are equally as amazing. This clinic is very LGBTQ friendly (which sadly isn’t always easy to find) and we have felt nothing but comfortable and welcomed here. Karen has been a pioneer of the front end since the beginning and has always gone above and beyond in her care. She, and the rest of the front end staff- are highly organized, efficient and patient. It’s this dedication and professionalism that will keep up returning and recommending Apollonia to anyone who is seeking a new dental clinic. I wish I could give more stars to this fantastic facility!!!!

I can't recommend this place enough, it was a wonderful experience for my two small children's first visit to the dentist. It was very easy to book an appointment and the office took our medical and insurance information via email ahead of time which was a huge time-saver. The office itself is beautiful and immaculately clean and everyone we spoke to was polite, friendly, and so kind even when helping me corral my two little ones. Melissa did an amazing job getting my children comfortable and making the entire experience fun for them. Dr Lee was wonderful and very informative about what she was looking for and what she saw during her exam. We are so happy we found this place and will recommend to everyone.

My experience yesterday was very good. From the initial front staff to the subsequent dental service I received everything was extremely positive. The doctor discussed my issues with me and told me exactly what she would try to alleviate my concerns before continuing with more elaborate measures. I really appreciate her suggestions and advice. The treatment I received has eliminated my pain and I hope will continue to do so. I will be switching all my dental services to your clinic if your are willing to accept me as a patient at your office

Amazing clinic and staff. My nurse Robin was very patient with me as I had my 3 moths old with me. He was fussy before falling asleep. She had another nurse making faces to him while we had to do some X-Rays. Doctor Lee was speaking quietly not to wake him up. She explained my options clearly. All staff was ready to answer any questions I had. And offered a payment plan. I was very satisfied. Front desk ladies were so warm and welcoming. Great team work. Thank you all very much. It was amazing experience.

I am very grateful to the entire team of doctors and nurses who treated me for their excellent work, they were unsurpassed professionals in their field, they treated me with respect and patience, they did everything possible and impossible to restore my smile, they actually succeeded. The experience was friendly and well done. As a new customer I felt welcome and valued. My hygienist was very friendly and did a wonderful job. After my cavities were filled there was a small fix that was necessary to fix the bite. I called and was in the next day and now everything is perfect. The office has also has reasonable and safe covid protocols in place and i never felt at risk while waiting for my appointment or during the cleaning and fillings.

My family and I were referred to Apollonia by a close friend and we are so thankful! The staff are all so wonderful, warm and friendly. They explain things every step of the way and take time to answer all your questions. They do a very thorough and comprehensive check up! I love going here!! The staff truly cares and is so helpful. My daughter had her wisdom teeth extracted and has a fear of needles. They were so patient, kind and understanding. She healed up so well you would never know she had the procedure done! Dr. B. Lee had her laughing throughout. Shortly after, I ended up breaking off a fair chunk of my moalr on a popcorn kernel. They fixed it so well my husband can't tell which one it is!! Highly recommende!

Super friendly staff!!!! Im a new patient and finally found a dentist i will take my family to from now on. Walked me through a care plan, and their process for new patients. Alot of care and attention, without the need to overcharge for non essential services. Awesome service!!! X-rays on the fly, watch netflix if you'd like while cleaning your teeth. I haven't been to the dentist in a while, but I was super impressed by the tech that they use.

Transparent service, the Dentist (Michelle Lee) always explains to you what She is planning to do and what your options will be. Does not force you to get a bunch of filings if not that bad. Close to my house so I like the location and front desk is always friendly. I watch Netflix during my appointments to make the time go faster. Overall Best dentist i have found in Edmonton and not planning on switching. Thanks!

We've been with Apollonia from the start, and with Dr Lee since before she opened her own location. We love her and all the amazing staff. They are amazing with the kids, and I always feel comfortable and welcome. We visit frequently due to my son's braces and everyone's routine cleanings, so I really appreciate the warm atmosphere and great care we enjoy here. I'm so glad we found Dr Michelle.

this clinic? i picked it because of convenience of location (like 3mins away from me) but i am glad i picked them. everyone is very pleasant to talk to. the hygienists are great and my dentist is always pleasant and personable to talk to. Good newer high tech instruments and they always give good advice to keep teeth healthy. plus they are very accommodating if you need to reschedule your appointment!

Everyone is very nice and helpful. The best service ever. I was very scared of getting some teeth work done. But I was so comforted and encouraged. I was made yo feel very comfortable. As a family, we like coming to this dental clinic. The service is good. All of their employees are kind, friendly and knowledgeable. They take time to answer your questions. They have patience with children. It’s an overall positive experience and we have been coming to this clinic for several years. I like that there isn’t a high turnover rate with the staff.

I had a great experience at Apollonia Dental. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. My hygienist Jill was fantastic! She is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. The dental assistant and Dr Kalia were professional and kind. All the staff at Apollonia dental made me feel safe and calm. I actually look forward to my next dental appointment.

The doctors and staff are exceptional. You are always treated as a patient rather than an income source. If you have questions or concerns just ask. All the staff put forward extraordinary effort to make you feel at ease during what is probably not your best day. They truly go above and beyond any dentist office I have ever experienced.

This is not an indictment on the staff or service, instead it's a cautionary reminder to check before booking a service if you have insurance coverage. We found that there were unexpected 'fees' attached to our coverage that seemed arbitrary. We have since switched to a nearby dentist that is fully covered by our Bluecross plan.

This dental clinic is way better than the previous clinic I went to. The staffs (front-desk, hygienists, dr.) are very friendly and are good at scheduling. I had Venus as my Hygienist and Dr. Lee for check-up. Both are amazing. The place is pristine. Bonus: you can watch Netflix! I would highly recommend this place!

Appolonia Dental is always very helpful with booking, confirming, and billing appointments. They are always very friendly from the moment I walk in, as well as on the phone and text. I see Venus as my hygienist who is so helpful in explaining the best ways to achieve my personal oral hygiene goals.

I was recently here and the Hygenist was very gentle and kind. My work phone was buzzing and she let me respond to the many messages without being irritated by them while cleaning my teeth.. she was also gentle when I was in pain . Totally recommend this place.

Very friendly staff. Didn't feel like they were trying to do work for the sake of doing it. Felt genuine caring from the staff. Also, Netflix was a bonus. Sure took my mind off the work I needed doing and the time flew by. Would highly recommend this clinic!
