Daniel and his team were incredibly helpful!!! I would highly recommend Annabelle & co. Daniel was so very patient with me. He made my engagement ring and I wasn’t happy with a few things so he remade the whole ring from scratch. He worked effortlessly even during his honeymoon while communicating with me to ensure he understood the design I was after. He was very accommodating, knew exactly what I wanted and produced the perfect ring ever!! My fiancé and I did our homework and a lot of research and found that Daniel was very reasonably priced compared to the others. I referred my best friend’s fiancé to him and he bought a ring instantly. He was very professional and knew his work very well. He was even in on my fiancé’s plan to propose and helped facilitate the best proposal! Thank you Daniel for all your hard work and patience with us. You produced my dream ring in a short period of time and ensured that I walked away very happy!!

Great experience. I would like to give a massive shout out to Daniel and his wife EZ who guided me through the process of buying an engagement ring. I walked in there with no idea of what to get, EZ very patiently broke it all down for me and made it easy to understand. They both have a wealth of knowledge and a passion for what they do. I scoped a lot of jewellery shops for this ring but Annabelle & CO was by far the best. After sitting down and talking to Daniel about what he can do for the ring, I think he was even more excited about making it, than I was about getting it. Highly recommend Annabelle & Co! The owner and his staff were amazing to deal with. Their prices are competitive and the customer service is great! I was impressed that they valued me even though I was spending a relatively small amount of money to have a necklace fixed. In the end the jeweller offered to try and fix the chain at no cost, in which he did. The service is second to none. They now have a customer for life! The staff at Annabelle & Co Jewellers are all very friendly and helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The workmanship of the jeweller is excellent and done reasonably quickly but it would be nice if they supplied a certificate of quality and authenticity with any diamond purchase for the peace of mind of the buyer (they can do an evaluation for an extra $70 but shouldn’t they already know the value and quality since they are the ones supplying the stone ?).

I was pleasantly surprised to be able to walk into a Jeweler’s store this morning & to actually speak to the jeweler himself. Not very common these days. I wanted a chain polished/cleaned & was delighted to hear that not a problem can do it within an hour. I also found the price more than reasonable. I’ll continue to use this Jewelers based on my experience. Thanks guys & I’ll see you again soon.

I brought my future husband here to pick out his wedding band. The service and pricing were fantastic. The ring is everything he wanted! Absolutely wonderful experience with Daniel assisting with my ring repairs and resizing! I walked into Annabelle and Co some time in December to get my ring resized and some repair work! I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else! Results were amazing! Currently waiting for repairs at the moment and can’t wait to see my ring again! :)

I highly recommend Went in to get my watched fixed by far the cheapest and best job I had done and I tell you my watch needs fixing all the time!! It did take 1 day to get my watch back but that meant that it was being worked on professionally and correctly with care unlike those people charging an arm and a leg to do the work fast.

Absolutely not helpful at all! Daniel and his staff do not care about the customer at all and will take advantage when dealing with young customers. They will not refund even if the item was purchased less that 24 hours prior. Disgusting, would not recommend at all.
