I don’t give a lot of 2, 3 or 4 star reviews because it’s indicate it was an ok experience and with ok I mean just what anyone would expect from a business. When I give 5 stars (like in this case) is because the experience was really great! I walked into Angela & Gabriel’s looking for flowers for my wife. A lady on the back stopped what she was doing to come out and meet me. She asked me what I was looking for. I told her. She pointed at the ones she had ready. I said I wanted something smaller and she accurately deduced cheaper so she asked me for my price range. I said $30 she said before or after. I said before and thought what a great question “before or after tax”. She asked me for color preference and type or flowers. I gave vague direction. She told me she’d have something ready in 10 min. I left for a bit to eat. Came back within the 10 min mark. Another lady knew exactly what was going on even though I didn’t see her when I spoke with the first lady. She took payment and quickly asked me if I needed a card. I did but hadn’t thought about it. I grabbed one. Then she pointed at the envelopes and I thought “oh. I need one of those too!” I was already impressed they had both anticipated my every need THEN she asked. Do you need parking validated? My mind was blown. They were totally on top of things. Wow. What a great customer service. The flowers were gorgeous too.

I was looking to purchase a small plant for my friend and stumbled upon a place that was a haven of quality, affordability, and excellent customer care. The lady who stands in cashier(whose name I unfortunately forgot to ask) went above and beyond by including an extra vase to protect the plant and expertly wrapping it, all at no additional cost! They even did the same for my sister’s plant. Give it a try and experience the outstanding service, reasonable prices, and top-notch quality of the flowers and plants they offer. You won’t be disappointed!

My family has ordered from here several times in the past, and so I placed an order for my sister's birthday surprise. I had it delivered to her, and requested pastel-like colours, no specific flowers. They arranged a HUGE bouquet with so many different, colourful and beautiful flowers. It was like flower jungle and my sister and I were blown away. Easy communication. Would absolutely order from here again.

I'm not knowledgeable about flowers what so ever and it's always a relief when I can rely on people at Angela's to help me make arrangements according to my budget and they always get it right. Even when I had to phone order abroad, they get the delivery done. Dependable and rightly priced!

Enough said. This is what was received 6 hours ago. The flowers were not wrapped in water tissue papers. The shop refused to accept that it forgot to do so. No apologies given.
