The owner of the gym was very threatening in his approach when he said I didn’t have a towel (I did), he then criticised me for the way input my weights down (which was carful and respectful) and then laid into me about the rules of his gym. I have been training for 20 years, have the highest respect and gym etiquette wherever I go. I was singled out so he could make a show to other gym goers which was down right rude and borderline racist as I am not a Cypriot national. The lady next to me actually had no towel and left her weights laying about but he didn’t approach her…. Which ever way you look at this, it’s not right, the sheer rudeness and arrogance is not pleasant. Avoid this gym! (Ps there is still no air conditioning)

My recent visit to this gym left me thoroughly disappointed. There were major issues that need urgent attention. Firstly, the gym was exceptionally dirty. The floors were sticky, and the equipment was covered in grime. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and it was seriously lacking here. The staff's behavior was also problematic. They were rude and unhelpful, showing little interest in assisting members. Additionally, the gym's equipment was outdated and poorly maintained, raising concerns about both the quality of the workout and safety. In summary, I cannot recommend this gym based on its cleanliness, unprofessional staff, and subpar equipment condition. These issues need immediate improvement for a better gym experience.

Just disgraceful, the perfect example when an owner ruins a business…today I watched a disgusting scene happening at the gym. Apparently another client made a bad review online of the gym, because the owner doesn’t allow noise in the gym (something that happened to me before annd why I stopped going to this gym for so many months)…imagine lifting 100kg without making a sound. The owner of the gym approached the other client and proceeded to scream on his face including touching him physically while saying some racist comments…I am not coming back, there are better gyms without violent owners looking to show they are the boss

Top gym located in the center of Limassol offering a seafront view. I had an amazing experience at this gym. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the facility is clean and well-maintained. A patron of the gym for many years now, it's always a great pleasure to workout there - the staff are always happy to extend a helping hand in teaching correct use and techniques, and are quick to remind you why you came in the first place! One of the best gym facilities I have ever trained at. There is a huge range of well maintained equipment spread out over a number of light, airy and clean spaces. This a non-threatening, friendly space to train and it’s location with parking is fantastic. Friendly owner and staff who are always available to help. I can’t recommend this enough if you’re looking for somewhere to train either long term or while visiting on holiday!

The best gym in Limassol. Its located right in front of the sea whit a beautiful view of the sand and the water. A huge free parking next to it to leave your car and 2 minutes waking distance from 2 bus stops if you don't drive like me. 6 large and fully equipped training rooms each whit huge windows and a lot of sunlight. Extremely nice and friendly staff I was coming in the gym for 2 months and it feels like home.

I am totally satisfied with Anaplasis Fitness Centre. The staff are always attentive and willing to help, there is a great variery of gym equipment of the latest kind and the classes offered are endless. Αμαν έρτω στο γυμναστήριο Anaplasis ανοίγει η καρδιά μου φύλλα φύλλα, μια το περιβάλλον, οι συνθήκες με τα καλύτερα όργανα, η Ανθή με τα προγράμματα της, μια οι γυμναστές και ο φίλος Γιώργος αποτελούν ένα μείγμα νεότητας! Νιώθω τουλάχιστον 20.χρόνια πιο νέος, ΑΤΕ να μην υπερβάλλω 15. Να είσαστε καλά φίλε μου Γιώργο :)

Στην γειτονιά μου υπάρχουν τρία γυμναστήρια, 1 λεπτό περπάτημα. Το Anaplasis ειναι 10 λέπτα με το αυτοκίνητο αλλά για χρόνια δεν αλλάζω το Anaplasis λόγω του αξιοθαυμαστου τελευταιάς τεχνολογια εξοπλισμου και του σεβασμου που δείχνει στον πελατη προσφέροντας του οτι ειναι απαραίτητο για ενα συγχρονο γυμναστήριο.

Με διαφορα το καλύτερο γυμναστήριο της Λεμεσου ! Έχω πάει σε διαφορα αλλα αυτό ξεχωρίζει !επαγγελματιες ,πρόθυμοι πάντα να σε βοηθήσουν και εξαιρετικοί άνθρωποι και οι καλύτεροι σε αυτό που κάνουν ! Ανανεώνουν τον χώρο συνεχώς με νέα μηχανήματα και έχουν εξαιρετικά προγράμματα ! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα !

Πρόσφατα μετακόμισα από Λάρνακα, και έχω πάει σε πολλά γυμναστήρια στη Λεμεσό και έχω να πω πως αυτό είναι το καλύτερο από άποψη εξοπλισμού, ωραρίου, προσωπικού και τοποθεσίας. Δωρεάν χώρος στάθμευσης, και προσφορές σε Starbucks και σε άλλα μαγαζιά με την συνδρομή.

Can definitely say that this is the best gym in Limassol. The equipment is changed pretty often, the gym is well-maintained and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful, trainers will do you fantastic program to satisfy your preference and needs. Highly recommend.
