Be careful, the shelf temperature for the "Magere yoghurt" is definitely higher than 7 degrees Celcius. It has been reported in store to different people several times in the last few weeks but nothing has been done to fix it and product have not been removed from the shelf. Please fix this ASAP or I will have to report this to the Nederlandse Voedsel- en Warenautoriteit (NVWA), which is the Dutch Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority. Yogurt is a dairy product and can spoil if not stored at the proper temperature. Eating yogurt that has been stored at higher temperatures can increase the risk of bacterial growth, which can lead to foodborne illnesses such as food poisoning! I hope no one get sick because of this... Feel comment below once the issue has been fixed.

Horroble service. Waited 15 minutes in line. Finally in front I had to move to the other cashier. Than after 15 minutes again in front I had to move again. I said something about it and I get a rude answer that they have a right for a break. In the first place make sure both cashiers are there!!!! Than help the people who are allready in line!! And don't take a break at the same time!!! And most of all be friendly to the customers!!!

Altijd een prachtige supermarkt geweest. Kom hier al sinds dat de verhuizing van de P.C. Hooftstraat naar het Museumplein een feit werd. Helaas is de service en klantvriendelijkheid enorm afgenomen. Tegenwoordig kan je na 21.00 alleen nog maar afrekenen bij de zelfscankassa’s. En de ouderen die behoefte hebben aan persoonlijk contact of mensen die contant willen betalen worden afgesnauwd.

Deze Albert Heijn is verstopt onder het Museumplein. De ingang is naast het Stedelijk of via de Q park parkeergarage. De winkel is netjes. Dit geldt ook voor het assortiment. Alleen een paar minpuntjes. Bij de kassa hebben ze geen gekoelde frisdranken wel bier en water! Verder mogen de roltrappen weleens een goede poetsbeurt krijgen. De ruimte ertussen en er naast is te erg voor woorden.

Bijzonder prettige AH waar ik al jaren kom. Veelal dezelfde medewerkers die vriendelijk groeten en graag bereid zijn te helpen. Van de belangstellende en veel talen sprekende caissière tot altijd vrolijke Roy, die de mooiste mango’s voor me uitzoekt: de mensen maken dat ik hier graag kom. Daarnaast ben ik blij met het assortiment, de ruime paden en de ligging. Voor mij ideaal.

De emballageband is volledig gekaapt door verzamelaars en zwervers die met tassen vol van het Museumplein naar de emballage komen. Het is bijna niet meer mogelijk om als normale klant een paar flessen / blikjes in te leveren. Je staat een kwartier te wachten of de emballageband heeft een storing na een bezoekje van een verzamelaar.

The products are excellent, but the service is TERRIBLE. I went for a quick lunch and had to wait for the lady at the salad bar to refill the stations. Not only was she very rude with me; I could tell she was being slow on purpose. The day before, I had to eat my food with a spoon because they run out of forks and knives.

Horrible hygiene. I bought a carbonara past made by Albert Heijn and found a piece of hair/wig or whatever that is, which looks like it came from a sewage. I just realized when I was back in the office and after eating 1/3 of the pasta. Very disappointed because I used to buy everyday my lunch at this store.

Nice store, you can get what you need. But do NOT get the prepared sushi. My expectations were low, it's a grocery store not a sushi restaurant, but thpught it would be food that could be eaten. But the rice was quite literally almost totally uncooked, so it was not edible.

Museum plein Amsterdam. Heerlijke winkel om tijdens je bezoek aan Amsterdam even de noodzakelijke inkopen te doen. Door o.a. de zelfscan kassa's ben je er vlot klaar en kan je je city trip weer snel vervolgen.

This AH is underground, which I thought was kind of interesting. They had a large variety of food and even some stuff I only find in the states at Christmas time. The staff was super friendly and it was clean.

This stores is a gem - below ground at the Museumplein. I found a good selection of food and excellent value. As a tourist in this famous area, this is a reliable place for groceries and household items.

The escalators were again broken. Many offers (bonus) but if you go for the rest of the products it's more expensive than average. Also comparing to other ah stores. Convenient location though …

I love this market near the tram stop and the museums. The prices are super! Evian Waterford. 0.50€. That's amazing. Great sections. They even let the friendly staff sit!

The store is very sufficient, staff are nice, friendly, and have a service mind. You can get foods, drinks, vegetables, and household items here.

Lots of great choices, can be crowded with tourists! So if you're a tourist this is your go-to spot. Also fresh sushi daily
