- 1 Star Rating as there is no minus. This company needs to be looked into. I requested a quote and being happy with the quote paid by phone. The man was very nice on the phone at the time of the booking. However don't try to change your booking as a result from the airline as you get either no response from them and if you manage to get hold of one of the employees either Michael or George you get fobbed off saying they are behind in their emails and to wait. So you wait weeks and nothing happens.... You then decide this wont work to have these problems before you actually leave your car to go overseas so you look at the reviews and think OMG what have I done... You then decide to approach them directly at the sites because you now have concerns about the quote not being as requested (secured undercover parking) and sure enough its not. Your parking is in a dirt lot and the extra two Nights will be $70 plus more if you want it undercover. So I cancelled with the guy in the office. No surprise no response from them to acknowledge the cancellation and Phone Calls to Michael or George are meet with abuse and hung up on. Still no reply or refund from them and Its been months. The last call with George he accused me of threatening him and said if I wanted to go down there and threaten him to his face it would be twelve months before I would get my money back. They are rude to deal with and thank god my bank helped me do a charge back. Like most reviews dont book these con artists.

DO NOT BOOK !!! Disgusting horrible customer service by CON. stole our $140 money and has stopped replying back to my messages regarding our refund. You fifty animal. I'll be at your office on my arrival back to Sydney and taking you to fair trading. Your customer service is rubbish and I'll see you soon at your office to get our refund that you said you'll do and still haven't. NEW - RESPONSE TO YOUR COMMENT 27.7.17. Do not lie and say threats were made. I will screen shot your messages to prove it and do not say phone call threats were made. There was no phone communication as you rejected the call. You have no customer service and it's funny how in every response to every review you have told everyone it's false. You had horrible attitude from the beginning. You said you will refund us and you're liable to refund our money since we didn't use your service. You called us at 430 pm and said 530 pm is the time we need to be there. You couldn't compromise or understanding we have an 8 month old baby that was screaming from teething and bad traffic on m5. Do not accuse us of any threats as we have evidence and do not say we're liars you have called all your customers liars as proven in your reviews.. All your reviews said you were rude, shouting and swearing.

The guy running this place is a scumbag. We called to advise we weren’t able to travel due to my wife’s brand new passport being stolen. As if it wasn’t bad enough having our holiday ruined, my wife very distressed, having to arrange and pay for a replacement passport, we also had to cancel the hotel (and pay a penalty), reschedule our flights (and pay a penalty) and then we got to deal with Con! He basically said it wasn’t his problem and there was no refund “as per the website”. We hadn’t seen the website as the booking was done over the phone and there was no mention of that condition when my wife booked. When I queried that he basically called me a liar and said it was “very convenient” that the passport was stolen just before we were due to arrive. I assured him it was anything but convenient but he got abusive when I questioned his customer services and said “he wasn’t going to lick my ringhole”’. An utter pig whichever way you look at it. Take your business elsewhere as there’s something very wrong with this guy’s attitude.

We confused Airport Park & Fly with Park & Fly Mascot. Bad mistake, after we paid by credit card and were sent the address at Wolli Creak we realised the error but thought we would give them a go; second bad mistake. They do not have a organisation like Park & Fly Mascot and rely on rostering people at delivery time that work from a site shed. Transportation to the airport was via an old and badly maintained private vehicle and god help you if your luggage does not fit in the boot. When we called from overseas to confirm pickup we were told that "they were closed" and they hung up the phone. We called again and were again told that they were closed and that their patience was runner out. On our return when we called for the pickup we were told to hurry up, as if we could control the progress through customs. Overall extremely bad service and extremely rude management and staff.

To reply to the owners reply since can not reply on the thread. Look at your photo on google, it shows a construction site lol. Like seriously. All your reply’s are the same. No I did not see, or got offered to review the terms and condition otherwise I would of not book with you. No you are correct I did not want to complain to the driver, to me it’s the owners fault. He was great the driver. It’s how you run your business!

Pathetic phone manners, very rude behaviour and misleading quotes. Please don’t use these guys, I enquired for quote and got an email back with written $99 for 5 days parking when I called to book, he said it doesn’t include gst, like it’s my fault that he forgot to provide me a proper quote, instead of apologising or being nice, he was so rude on the phone. Anyways I got a better quote.

I have parked with Airport Park & Fly twice now. Both times they were very efficient with the pick up and drop to airport and I must say their rates are fantastic as well. They even offered a full hand car wash with tyre shine which was great and it was a great price. Will park here again.

The best airport valet service I've ever had. Picked up with no waiting times. The best price nearly half the price off compared to other airport parking. For service and price you can't get better than airport park & fly sydney I will use again for a long time to come ...

I called these people to book. The guy I spoke to was so rude. He hung up on me. I called back to speak with a manger only to be sworn and abused at. Stay clear of this company. There is no manager or anyone higher you can complain to.

Has book online option but told morning of flight that no spots left and there is no book online option. doesn’t answer phone on any number mobile included offers no help or advice, worst experience try any other parking station.

We got ripped off. We booked for 9am and at 9.01am we got a text from George that we lost our money because we were late and he could not wait for us as he was too busy. We will never use Park And Fly again.
