I've been here three times, twice everything was fine, only one of the three keys did not fit, and I stopped by to ask for it to be redone. I didn't take the receipt with me, but I was quite willing to pay for a new copy, I certainly didn't ask for it to be free. Suddenly, an aggressive young man broke into the conversation, told me that I am stupid, threatened to call the police and told me to get out, spraying lots of saliva on me. I several times asked what's wrong, why he is so aggressive and what I did wrong, but he didn't explain anything. He ran out into the street after me, hit me, bent the handlebars of the bicycle and broke the lamp, and when I fell, he poured water on me, as a result of which the helmet shorted out and an electric shock went through my head. When I came to my senses, they could not explain to me what was wrong, with me or whatever. The girl was always very polite and even made a replacement of the key after that. But I am afraid of this young man and hardly next time will come here. I would call the police if I were not a migrant, due to my helmet is flooded, my handlebar bent, my clothes are ruined and an hour of my work lost and I'm very shocked and disappointed a lot.

We have been working with Adamides for over 6 years, made more than 1000 key copies as well as had changed car keys, security and electrical lockers and we never had any problem. We were cash payers. All the problems started last year when he stopped doing emergency opening for us with an excuse that we didn't pay him. We thought he must be mistaking us with someone else but past 2 months his attitude changed even towards our employees presented in the shop. We have bought one locker which was not working so with the receipt we tried to refurn it back and exchange it for new. He throw the employee from the shop screaming. Yesterday we were about to buy some lockers and made about 15 key copies for our clients but as soon as they saw our employee in the shop they were screaming on him that he is a gypsy, and that he is not welcomed there and threw him out. It is unacceptable attitude and we are terminating any cooperation with such people. We had always been liable partner and had never delay with the payments and for our loyalty and politeness we have received such terrible service. I would never recommend to work with such people.

Abused and KICKED OUT from the shop! I went there to change batteries for my car keys which last time I paid € 5.00 each. This time I was asked to pay € 20.00 so I asked why so expensive as last time I paid twice less. The young man whom they referred as an Owner (but I believe inherited his father’s business and clientele) went BALLISTIC! He grabbed my keys and said “ I will take out my batteries NOW” without any decent explanation and started abusing me verbally. Long story short = he is on a good way to destroy what his father was building for 40 years. His father was very gentle and decent man always willing to help but his son’s rudeness is another level. Then I saw other negative reviews so it’s not strange that he kicked me out of the shop SCREAMING “ go find a doctor for yourself!”. In a nutshell, if you want to be abused and called names in a place where you want to spend your hard earned money= help yourself. Poor old Mr Adamides… watching his business being destroyed….

I called them to change to lockers. No problem with one of them, but the work with the other one was a bungle. This was the back door and it´s one of this that have a small window in the upper part. The man tried three lockers (which they charged me, so althought the quote was 80€ I ended paying 150 €) before he managed to leave it done. After he left, I realised the locker was blocking the window. I contacted them through WhatsApp and send them pictures but they didn´t even answer my messages. How strange. They were very quick when I asked for the service. Update: They took an hour to contact me (throught WhatsApp) after I wrote my review, so the knew perfectly that there was an issue to solve and which client I was. They claimed they don´t reply to WhatsApp, but we have already spoke through it. The best of the call was the blackmail: they are not coming if I don´t delete this review. Wow! That´s a good service.

I had arranged a meeting with Adamides Locks a day in advance, but they canceled it at the last minute due to my phone being closed. Despite my physical presence at the agreed-upon location, they did not show up, which was unprofessional and disrespectful of my time and effort. Their decision to cancel the meeting solely because my phone was closed was unreasonable and showed poor communication skills. As a result, I cannot recommend Adamides Locks to anyone in need of their services. Their inability to fulfill their commitments and their lack of professionalism make them an unreliable service provider. Based on my experience, I suggest looking for another locksmith service that values customer satisfaction and is committed to providing a reliable and professional service. The employees there were very rude. Comment to your reply: I came 3 weeks ago to make a copy for my apartment which i rent. I have a written consent from the owner to make a copy and i have a copy of the ID and I have the original rent agreement stamped from the tax authorities. Your employee didn't even want to listen to me .. the things i stated here were not listened by your stuff. Do you have the original ID with you? NO, we can't help you in a very bad manner. This is from the staff, and it would be much better from your side to ask me what is wrong before jumping to a conclusion for a situation that never happened as you stated above. Btw, your staff reaction led me to leave the apartment and live somewhere else because the owner lives in London. But again, I don't think you care.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Rude, unprofessional and illiterate owner - after using his services for many years, completely shocked at the most recent experience we had. Our group of companies had some small outstanding invoices that were never sent to us, reminded of or knew of their existence - it can happen to anybody, usually providers follow up on such things. We sent him to a clients office to do some jobs, where he decided to call and remind us in a very rude way that we owe him money and that our company cannot be trusted, which was completely uncalled for. Regret ever referring anyone to him, but after speaking to few people I realized similar situations happened to many. Very embarrassing and ridiculous approach - paid him off and good luck to his next victims...

We had a lock installed on May 24th, 2019. It broke down in less than a year. When we called the locksmith he said the installation was over 2 years ago. Which is silly because we have the invoice with the date on it. He also mobbed us on the phone. Because we would not have paid part of the bill. However, he had said he would call and then collect the (small) remaining amount. But he didn’t. In summary: 1. He does not abide by agreements. 2. He lies about the date so he doesn’t have to give a guarantee. 3. He is extremely unfriendly for no reason.

Is the first time that I am that impressed regarding a service in Cyprus. I am the Head of Customer Service in companies and I have high standards. Adamides Locksmith exceeded expectations! I am so grateful as I lost the key to my car and they immediately came and fixed everything. I got pricings from many locksmiths and they were the cheapest and their staff is super kind and polite. I cannot recommend them enough! Super satisfied!

They state they open at 2pm. I went there at 2:30 and it was open with a guy looking like a biker over a laptop. Without asking anything he told me we are closed. I then asked what time they will open. He asked me frustrated what do I want. I told him I need numbers for my post office box. He told me we don't have, leave. So I left. I wonder how these people still have a business.

They used to be good, but as everyone says in limassol ‘they got some money and now they don’t give a fuck’. Such businesses work to help people, we don’t lock yourselves out of the house only from 9am-5pm. I just called now and the response I got was ‘we already closed ALRIGHT?!’. There’s other great services now in limassol , please reach out to them instead of this company.

Terrible insuting middle aged chap there, no manners spoke to a South African lady customer like she was a donkey. He Obiuslly spends to much time in the gym and knows nothing about customer service. I spoke to her and said he was very rude he shouted I should get out of his shop. What daddy builds up little son distroys.

Копию одного сделали норм.Копия другого отличается даже обычным взглядом.Вставил в замок.Ключ застрял.Позвонил в компанию с претензией.Руководитель сказал,что это моя проблема, что явставил ключ. Аа кто это должен деалть и зачем тогда копия?.Плати 400 евро за то,чтобы вынутьключ из замка.

Discussting attitude by staff, A very RUDE MAN owner, spoke to me and others there like trash, this company has also stuck their yellow stickers all over public lamp posts and block of flats everywhere in Limassol , showing them up for what an inconsiderate company they are and making an eye sore all over the place.

Very rude service. They didn't give us service for 2 weeks. After asking about deadline of service being given, they started arguing and shouting on our office manager. What is important to mention, we talked to them in very polite way. Thats makes the situation even more offensive. Not recommended

I went to have a key cut. The girl told me she could not have a key cut if the boss is not there. When I asked when the boss is gonna be there she said she does not know. When I asked what time does the boss usually is there she said he does not have specific times so I left. Very unprofessional.

Very rude owner!! Be aware that if they fix and the lock doesn’t function after 2 weeks they want you to pay again. We called and it happens that the owner answered ( this is how he introduced himself when we asked to speak with the boss about his rude attitude ).

They can copy keys well. But I should have tried to have better communication. They copied keys and it's working fine but there was some difference between what they did and what I asked. And i got charged. But it's okay at least keys are working.
