The Wollongong 2023 event, The Female management of Jade, is disrespectful, she did not have any manors at all!, I thought an insolent child was incharge!, and would only complain and has no people skills towards males as I could see, I was early for work and she complained that I wasn't working and I wanted to ask a question before I started, and the weather was my fault too, For peace of mind I think she needs to retire, or seek therapy, she seems to talk poorly to other staff as well, personally I recommend Jesus because she is one and the same with the devil. I Wanted to leave the moment I heard her speak!. Ace Attractions underpays staff and expected setting up the carnival, doing manual labour in the rain for the same rate of $20hr, they were not giving breaks unless demanded, if staff needed water they had to pay, overall the food is overpriced out-dated and gross, the side shows are boring and old, and some of the rides are just dangerous, with little or no safety checks before use, seriously unprofessional behaviour in management as 4-5 people were incharge and poorly executed, leaving staff guessing. This one star google review is for treating me with disrespect and letting me go because you are to prideful to apologise for being a rude b#@#@, and not paying me the 30mins that I did, and the fat monster Danielle said I didn't work even though I put up the jumping castles!. But I said that's fine, and I forgive you!, get well soon!, and try to treat the remaining people with respect or say nothing at all.

If I could give negative stars I would. Neon Family FunFair - Moss Vale. Everyone was so excited… until they got there and realised it was an absolute flop and a waste of money. Thanks for the let down - No animals? - No dodgem cars? - No colouring in? - No giant slide? - No hot dog rolls for hot dogs - No Ice cream for Sundaes - Not even toilet paper in the toilets - And a Pathetic excuse for Putt Putt The list goes on… How do you charge people $30 for “unlimited rides” when your spending a hour plus waiting for a ride because there’s stuff all else for the kids to go on! Great “rides” and fun for “all ages”. LIES Your pictures are all false advertising and maybe before sending out a list of food vendors and rides, you should confirm that they will actually be there in the first place. And now, everyone who’s left a negative comment on your Facebook has had their comment deleted and have been blocked. Just goes to show the maturity of facing the fact that it was a waste.

Tried them for my 6YOs birthday and had a wonderful hustle free day, love the food and love the rides, kids have absolutely fun day, thank you so much for saving me for all the trouble and Thank you guys for the best event realy great team to work with thanks to jade and josh you guys are the best

I love there stuff there very nice and friendly and allways smiling even on bad days the owners of the amusement rides are some of the most beautiful people you ever met I recommend hiring your amusement rides ace attentions …
