I would like to take this opportunity to promote this wonderful "A & W" Location. The staff that are on board are always amazing in welcoming each and every customer with the highest regard as well as making sure each and every order that is served is done with love and care. The atmosphere here is very homey and they keep it sparkling clean at all times. You can tell they enjoy working here because they devote their time to make sure the customers are always happy and content with their food choices. Everyone of the staff shows great respect and caring for one another as they work together as a team. I love coming here and recommend this place to everyone because you will never be disappointed.

The staff at this location give exceptional service. I would not say I love their burgers, but I had such a craving for a hamburger I broke down and when in. I would rate the burger as a 6 out of 10, but service was an 11 out of ten at this location. The lady at the front was kind, patient and very accurate at getting my order correct.

The food is very good, it feels very natural and fresh. Service is good but could improve. The tables and the rest are always a bit dirty and that is in all the places. I think they should improve hygiene because since they sell food it is essential that it be a clean place.

I have a delightful experience at A&W! The classic burgers are incredibly tasty, and the root beer float is a perfect treat. I just ordered the mushroom burger on my email it said it’s worth $4.29 but I got a meal but it’s worth 17$ something how’s it worth 17$ bucks more? It’s so little the burger and it taste terrible I don’t recommend some of my onion rings were really cold.

They will serve you clearly burned food and they don't care. The manager will then blame the weather for their lack of quality control. Staff are rude and don't follow basic procedures such as hand washing after handling money etc. They also allow people to sit inside and eat during the night. Avoid this location there are many others nearby that are much better.

Exceptional. My poutine was hot and juicy, my mushroom burger was hot, juicy, fresh and delicious. I loved the fast and accurate service as well. One great thing that caught my attention was the cleanliness and how organized this place is. I had a blast as my first time customer being there. Absolutely great. Totally recommended. Good job everyone at A&W

Restaurant was very clean, good attention, friendly staff. Harman explained varieties for breakfast. I recommend to order pancakes or the classic Canadian breakfast (tomatoes, sausages, eggs, toast and bacon plus coffee in combo). Affordable prices.

Walking by early in the morning 5:00AM nearby Yonge & Lawrence looking for a middle class breakfast and found my favorite breakfast sandwich at A&W Restaurant. When I get inside Mary Ann - store front cashier greet me a warmed smile good approached! Well, this place will highly recommend to anyone to experience a delightful services.

Employee picked up raw chicken with her bare hands and then didn't wash her hands afterwards. When I pointed it out, she argued with me. I'm a professional cook. I have my Food Safety certification. Pretty sure I know what someone washing their hands looks like.

I have been going to this location since it opened a few years ago. The food is great, and the staff are friendly and professional. You cannot beat their great Canadian breakfast. Coffee is extremely good. I highly recommend this place. More

Food preparation has no consideration for hygiene. I just witnessed the cashier take an order and go prepare that order with her bare hands, without washing her hands, using any type of hand sanitizer, or putting on gloves that were right

Whoever made this burger today deserves a kudos. This is the most perfect looking burger I have gotten from any fast food restaurant. It looks just like what is advertised. Absolutely phenomenal.
