tl;dr: A decent place to have some KTV fun, but with some clear room for quality of life improvements The rooms are quite spacious with comfortable seating. Excellent sound system with some lighting. The room had its own private bathroom which is a very nice addition. The food menu is fine, just some simple hot appetizers/finger foods. Staff were very helpful, patient, and fun to chat with! There's no karaoke machines (they have PA systems for the mics/speakers). In place are mirrored Android tablets. For English music you're meant to use the YouTube app. That's fine in my opinion since you can find a karaoke version of any song, but the YouTube app was very old. It lacked basic features like queuing or searching while a video played. Fortunately they paid for YouTube premium so no ads. Would I go again? Yes! I still had a great time, but would definitely like to see the KTV experience itself improved upon.

Place is new and mostly clean. Private rooms, $100 for 3 hours (ended up being $200+ after food and mostly drinks). The karaoke machine allows searches through Youtube but with odd, lacking and unexpected search results compared to normal. The machine is not the most responsive and crashed 4-5 times over 3 hours. Most songs are non english and the english catalogue could be improved in the non popular area. Some oddities of the place, there are lots of weird "red" communist songs in the base category. There was a light fishy smell in the building. The wifi for the machine is surprisingly slow (low res videos and using a public wifi network?). They only take cash and E-Transfers.

Went here for the first time yesterday with a group of friends, we were a bit skeptic at first because of the low amount of reviews but thought why not check it out. Turns out they are new! hence not a lot of reviews, but it was a lot of fun! The staff/owner are very kind, I would definitely recommend more people go check out this new karaoke bar with your friends it was a really fun night out and I'd definitely come back again! It's also reasonably priced for the room and drinks, for 5 of us cost us in total 230$ for a night out, $100 for the room for 3 hours (33$/hour) and then our drinks $130. All in all I'm really happy with this place

A good place for group parties. Rates for room was reasonable. A large selection of popular English songs and Asian songs! The vip rooms were sound proofed, couldn’t hear anyone around us. Overall had a blast!

For the food, there was nothing available in the menu, the staff were unprofessional and unorganized.I do not advice anyone to go to this venue as I had an awful experience.They couldn't even pay for YouTube premium so you have to wait for ads before doing the karaoke.Lastly it is not group friendly when ordering food as it takes about 30 minutes to make each individual’s food.

We were served our food 2 hours after we ordered. We stayed 2 hours and payed 330$ for a dirty room, overpriced and frozen food. When we called, they told us their was a minimum of 250$ fee and no charge for the kareoke room but when we came to pay they charged us an extra 100$. The kareoke machine is an iPad and a YouTube app that lags, you can do that at home, don’t bother come here.

i am like a regular customer here and had a realy good time here yesterday! I was pleasantly surprised to find new equipment new menu and great bartenders here. i will come here next time～

We found this bar through Google Maps and they got the first-time discount. The drinks and food were all great. We were really happy could have a good night at this place. We recommend people who want to have a good night to release stress throughout the day!

Had a karaoke night here with family at 1383 club and realized they have board games as well, what a nice feature to make the night even better! Our Room had private bathroom so it was nice not to share with anyone outside the group. Friendly staff with reasonable price. Looking forward to the next time.

The BEST ktv in Ottawa! Really like the atmosphere here. They have in suit washrooms，which is very clean and private. My friends and I love here. The food provided is also very tasty! We love lobster ! By the way, the price here is very reasonable. You won’t regret coming here !

I love hanging out here with my co-workers, and friends. Almost every time I'm here, I have such an amazing time. The staff are wonderful, and so are the food and berverages. Sometimes the music tablet is slow, but besides that, this is an amazing place.

If you dont mind filthy rooms and bathrooms, warm drinks with no ice and little to no service and only care about a screen with access to youtube in an unventalated room, this is the place for you!

Very fun night. We didn’t think we would stay long but the ambiance was amazing! We used YouTube to select our songs which was easy and convenient. The staff was welcoming and drinks were yummy, I definitely would come back.

They have rooms you can rent, which is an amazing idea. We had a karaoke night with friends and the staff was always available when we needed help, with the microphones or to get paper plates for example. Would recommend!

It’s my go to place for releasing stress now! Great service and tasty foods! Highly recommended for those who want to hangout with friends. It will become a new little gem in Ottawa for sure.

渥太华最好的华人KTV酒吧。这里有一个特别好的前台空间，有DJ在这里驻场，特别适合小型活动。在前台喝酒有时候还能遇到老外，聊得还挺开心，前台空间真的很热闹！服务生特别nice。包房干净，敞亮，装修都是新的，该有的歌都有，需要预定。菜单上烧烤，各种酒都有。强烈推荐特色烧烤，我每次去必点。人多的话，来一大份，可以喝到尽兴！门口还好停车。完美！
