I needed to find an English speaking doctor in Sapporo and the staff here rang around multiple surgeries until they found someone to meet my needs. Very helpful and patient, didn’t give up until they found someone!

JR Pass to Exchange here and all the seats reservation can be done immediately. Staff service is fantastic and efficient though they are quite busy sometimes. There is a souvenir store and a simple cafe next to it.

札幌最終日フリータイムの計画をたてるのに電話して相談しました。猿川さんと言う感じの良い女性がとても丁寧にアドバイスしてくれました。同じ様な事を何度も聞いても優しく根気よく教えてくれました。本当に感謝です。

20日(月)におすすめ観光を聞きに伺いました。 北海道開拓の村と北海道博物館を勧められたので電車バスとの乗り継ぎに行ったら、なんと休館日でした。一応プロの観光案内人が… びっくりの一言です。

市町村の観光パンフレットが手にはいる。イベント案内を小まめに入れ替える地域とそうでない地域と両極端な感じ。

道内パンフレット・チラシ類は豊富。まずは迷わずに係員に相談すれば、即座にアドバイスしてもらえます。

時期にあったイベントは何かとか、色々調べますが、車とかお金がないので諦めますけど
