Ms Wi and Ms Rose, both Thai staff are very polite and welcoming. They are very helpful and serve with passion. Our day was spoiled by a very, extremely rude male staff, Maeda. No smile, no greeting, unfriendly, bad attitude and rude, especially to foreigners. When asked to see what shoes we had chosen as it was already all wrapped up, he made a disgusted face and replied not possible. How rude can he be. We are are very surprise that he is able to work in a customer service environment. He is making customers angry and bringing down the brand's reputation.

You can find the most unfriendly male staff in Sapporo. Especially, the attitude of welcoming Japanese and foreigners was different(even i treated him more kindly as a guest).

후쿠오카보다 매장이 넓고 구색이 많고 쾌적함 직원들은 후쿠오카보다 친절하지는 않았으나 딱히 접객이 딱딱할 뿐이지 불친절 하지는 않았음 티셔츠1개,운동화(지난번 후쿠오카 방문시 재고없음)1개 구입 발이 편하고 가격이 저렴해 방문시마다 늘 구입하는 편임 한국이 더 비싼건 당연하지만 진짜 너무 비쌈

Shop playing cool songs. Had a wide array of shoes. Staff were helpful too. Quite spacious and love the seat for shoe testing, comfortable.

年末に行きましたが外国人で混んでました。 しかしながら店員さんは丁寧に対応して頂き在庫も豊富でした。 新作のオニツカタイガーが欲しいなら北海道ではここしかないでしょうね。

女性のスタッフは希望の商品が無くても他店の在庫を確認してくれたりしたが、男性のスタッフはそこに無ければないですとの返答。 方針が統一されていないのが分かりました。

男の店員が態度悪い 空いてるし口ついてるんだから、せめていらっしゃいませくらい言えばいいのに無言 チラッと見るけど無言 無能さにしらけて買うのやめました
